Our manifesto

We build the incinerator
you'll be running for
many years to come.

Monolithic concrete lining

A single-piece refractory casting — no joints to crack, no panels to fail. The reason our machines outlive the competition.

3-year warranty as standard

Hand-built in the UK or the U.S., backed by the longest standard warranty in the sector.

Loadable while operating

Keep loading and burning. Optional ash doors let you pull ash without stopping the cycle. Time saved, every day.

Our mission
Our mission is to build the most robust, fuel-efficient and cost-effective incinerators for animal and animal by-product waste, and to remain the brand known worldwide for product quality and customer service in animal waste incineration.

Animal waste incinerators matched to your operation

From daily farm mortality to specialist cremation

AIS Cyclone agricultural incinerators are DEFRA type-approved for the on-farm disposal of fallen stock, giving livestock keepers a fast, biosecure alternative to waiting for collection.

The AIS Cyclone range serves poultry farms, pig units, cattle holdings, sheep and goat enterprises, equine operations and slaughterhouses. Our dedicated pet-cremation systems offer a separate route for businesses handling companion animals. The right choice starts with the material you need to process, the heaviest individual animal and the amount arriving on your busiest working day.

Chamber loading capacity and hourly burn rate answer different questions. One determines what fits in a load; the other helps you plan throughput. Available operating hours, loading arrangements, fuel supply and space for safe access all matter. Cyclone Select provides a starting shortlist, while the comparison page puts model specifications alongside one another for a more detailed review.

For larger operations, the AIS 1250, 1870, 2650 and 3860 can be specified with an integrated hydraulic loading system. The loader and incinerator are considered together so the configuration suits your handling process. Final suitability, equipment options and installation requirements are confirmed with the AIS team rather than assumed from a model name.

UK and US manufacture, with support beyond delivery

AIS hand-builds Cyclone incinerators in the UK and US for customers in domestic and international markets. Our range combines heavy-duty fabrication, monolithic refractory lining and controlled combustion, backed by a three-year warranty. Technical documentation supports discussions with the authority responsible for your location; permission to install and operate depends on the destination and intended waste stream.

Aftercare is part of the decision too. AIS provides servicing, repairs, operator support and spare parts, including assistance for existing incinerators from other manufacturers. Our customer case studies describe real repair and servicing work, with the original PDFs available alongside the written accounts. The testimonials explain what that support meant to the people operating the machines.

Tell us your species, daily volume, largest animal, country and available fuel. We can discuss a suitable Cyclone and the practical steps towards an installation, without relying on a one-size-fits-all recommendation.
