Incinerator servicing — keep your incinerator running daily

Customers on an annual plan get scheduled visits, priority emergency response and a fixed price for routine consumables.

Send the make, model and serial number, the fuel type and a description of the fault or service requirement. Photographs of the identification plate, burner and control display can help the team prepare. Include your location, access arrangements and the usual operating schedule, so any visit can be planned around the machine and the site.

Keep the unit's manual and previous service records available. Agree in advance when the machine can be shut down and cooled for safe inspection. A hot chamber or unavailable access may prevent parts of the work from being completed; follow the engineer's preparation instructions rather than attempting to dismantle equipment yourself.

A service checks how the burner, temperature sensors, refractory, seals and controls work together. Worn parts and operating issues may need different remedies. Ask which findings require immediate action, which need monitoring and what additional work is recommended. Keep the service report with your operating records.

Service frequency should reflect usage, condition and the manufacturer's instructions, not the calendar alone. More demanding duty may call for closer inspection.
