All models in the Cyclone Range are supplied with a secondary chamber, ensuring they fully conform to many legislative bodies around the world.

AIS 3860 Cyclone Information:
- The AIS 3860 Cyclone is extremely efficient at dealing with large volumes of animal waste within the agricultural sector, from slaughterhouses through to extra-large animal carcasses including; Pigs & Sows, Poultry, Dairy / Beef Cattle, Abattoirs, Slaughterhouses, Rendering Operations, Meat Processors, Sheep, Equine.
- With a loading capacity of up to 3750kg / 8269 lbs the AIS 3860 Cyclone is the largest within the range and boasts a burn rate of up to *1000kg/2205 Ibs per hour. This allows for the Bio-secure, regular disposal of large quantities of waste in the shortest time possible.
- Easy to load via a fully automated slide Open/Close lid located on the top of the incinerator, giving complete access to an impressively large main burning chamber.
- Fully programmable touch screen HMI control panel with automatic burner shut off function and fast ignition burners. Five burners are in the main chamber, with two above the grate bars and three below. Two additional burners are in the secondary chamber.
- Unique market leading grate bar technology for fast and complete incineration.
- Can be loaded whilst in operation maximizing the inherent thermal efficiency of our monolithic concrete lining, keeping running costs low.
- Ash doors as standard, allows the user to safely remove ash whilst the machine is in operation, so you can keep on loading and burning your waste, saving time.
- With built-in remote monitoring, this allows our engineers access to the control system so we can support you if needed whilst the incinerator is in operation.
- Built-in multi-channel thermocouple data logger to record the temperatures.
- This model is available as a Static, Mobile, or Transportable Incinerator.
- Optional Extra features include; Stack Extension / Ash Rake / Heat Exchanger / Control Panel screen size increase / Service Kits.

The whole plant and associated equipment supplied as part of the overall installation will be covered by a *36-month or 2100 hours warranty (whichever soonest) from the date of dispatch from the manufacturing premises of Agri Incineration Systems Limited, except for any consumable item as listed below and provided that:
a) Each defect has materialized under normal operating conditions and not due to misuse, abuse, or operational errors.
b) An effective maintenance regime is operated which may include a Service Contract being taken up at the time of handover. This Service Contract should be provided by Agri Incineration Systems Limited or trained and authorized agents.
c) The contract price, as detailed within the quotation or as amended by agreement of both parties, has been paid in full.
