Built by our own technicians
Every AIS Cyclone is hand-built in the UK or U.S. by people who understand how the machine must perform in daily use.
More than 40 years of animal incinerator design, manufacture, engineering, sales and customer support stand behind every AIS Cyclone.
Agri Incineration Systems was founded to bring customers robust machinery for animal, poultry, swine, pet and agricultural incineration. The aim is straightforward: help farms, veterinary businesses and animal-care operations manage animal by-product waste safely, efficiently and responsibly.
That purpose is backed by more than four decades of experience across design, manufacture, engineering, sales and customer support. It informs the materials we specify, the way each chamber is built and the practical advice our team gives before and after installation.

Our trusted single-piece monolithic refractory lining removes the joints and panels that can become failure points.
We listen first, then match the machine, controls and available options to the animals, volumes, fuel and site.
AIS equipment serves customers in more than 40 countries, supported by trained people, genuine spares and practical technical advice.
Commissioning, operator guidance, servicing and aftercare continue throughout the working life of the machine.
Our mission is to build the most robust, fuel-efficient and cost-effective incinerators for animal and animal by-product waste, and to remain the brand known worldwide for product quality and customer service in animal waste incineration.
Every animal incinerator is built by skilled technicians. Our monolithic concrete refractory is poured as a single piece, with no brick joints or separate lining panels to become weak points through repeated heating and cooling.
Fast-ignition burners, controlled combustion and model-specific options are selected to support dependable operation and efficient fuel use. Every AIS Cyclone also comes with a three-year standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Behind AIS is a team of incineration specialists who are available to discuss the equipment, answer questions and help customers make informed decisions.
The relationship does not stop when a machine is delivered. Commissioning, operator guidance, servicing, genuine parts and technical support are part of how we help each AIS Cyclone keep working. It’s a people thing. It’s an AIS thing.
From compact units for smaller operations to high-capacity and integrated automatic-loading systems, the range is designed to match different waste streams, volumes and sites. AIS 026 and AIS 041 serve both agricultural and pet-cremation applications and are counted once.
