Trusted partners. Recognised approvals.
Behind every AIS Cyclone is a network of Trusted Partners working within the regulatory frameworks our industry demands.
Our trusted partners at a glance
Three names sit behind every AIS Cyclone: two burner manufacturers whose technology we build on, and the European conformity marking our machines carry. Each is described in full below.

Ecoflam
Blown-air burners for every common fuel, engineered in Italy since 1973.

Riello
More than a century of burner engineering, sold in over sixty countries.
CE Marked
Confirmation that the machine meets EU health, safety and environmental requirements.

Ecoflam — combustion technology from Resana
Ecoflam was founded in 1973 at Castelfranco Veneto, near Venice, and has made burners ever since. It is now part of the Ariston Group's Burners Division and builds blown-air pressure-jet burners for light oil, heavy oil, gas and dual-fuel duty, in monoblock and duoblock form. Manufacturing is centred on the factory at Resana in the province of Treviso, backed by a dedicated research laboratory where combustion is tested before a burner ever leaves the site.
The burner is the heart of an incinerator. It has to light reliably in cold, wet conditions, hold a steady flame through a long burn cycle, and deliver heat at the rate the refractory needs. Ecoflam burners suit that duty because they are designed for high efficiency and stable operation, with a partner network that reaches most of the markets our customers work in.
Why we specify Ecoflam
- Burners for light oil, heavy oil, gas and dual-fuel duty, so the fuel can be matched to the site.
- More than fifty years of burner development behind every model.
- The engineering and testing resources of the Ariston Group, one of Europe's largest heating manufacturers.
- Designed for straightforward commissioning and maintenance, which keeps servicing visits short.

Riello — a century of burner engineering
Riello built its first burner in 1922 and has been making them ever since, from its headquarters at Legnago in the province of Verona, with a combustion research centre nearby at Angiari. It is one of the world's largest burner manufacturers, producing equipment for residential, commercial and industrial applications, with subsidiaries across Europe and North America and a partner network that reaches more than sixty countries.
Riello's industrial burners are known for controlled, repeatable combustion, including ultra-low NOx designs that recirculate flue gas to hold emissions down without losing heat input. That matters on an animal waste incinerator, where the machine must hold its temperature through an unpredictable load and still burn cleanly. Depending on capacity and territory, AIS units are fitted with Riello or Ecoflam burners.
Why we specify Riello
- More than a century of continuous burner manufacturing experience.
- Ultra-low NOx technology on larger models, supporting tighter emission performance.
- Distribution and service coverage in more than sixty countries.
- A wide power range, so each AIS model receives a burner sized to its chamber.
CE marking — what the symbol on your machine means
CE marking — Conformité Européenne — shows that a product has been assessed against the European Union's requirements for health, safety and environmental protection before it is placed on the market. For an agricultural incinerator, that can bring together several areas of EU law: machinery safety, electrical safety under the Low Voltage Directive, electromagnetic compatibility, and, where a pressure system or a gas burner is fitted, pressure equipment and gas appliance rules.
Behind the mark sits a technical file: the risk assessment, the drawings and calculations, the test evidence, and the manufacturer's Declaration of Conformity setting out which requirements the machine meets. That documentation is what an installer, an insurer or an inspector will ask to see, and AIS supplies it with the machine. In Great Britain the equivalent UKCA marking applies, and we advise customers on the paperwork their own market requires.
What CE marking tells you
- The machine has been assessed against EU health, safety and environmental requirements.
- A Declaration of Conformity and a technical file stand behind the mark.
- Responsibility for that assessment sits with a named manufacturer.
- It gives installers, insurers and inspectors a clear starting point.
What this means for your site
Buying an incinerator means choosing the components and the paperwork behind it. Ecoflam and Riello give AIS units proven combustion at the core; CE marking gives the finished machine a documented standard of safety. If you would like to know which burner and which documentation apply to the model you are considering, our team will talk it through with you.
