- The AIS PCS2 Cyclone is the second modular chamber in the full PCM system, increasing daily throughput without replacing the original incinerator.
- The full PCM + PCS1 + PCS2 system processes up to 12 small to medium animals per day, based on animals weighing 1–154 lbs.
- Both chambers share the same trusted low-thermal-mass monolithic concrete lining and integral secondary chamber for full combustion compliance.
- The PCS2 adds its own front load door, supporting dignified individual or communal cremation cycles.
- PLC timer controls automatically sequence the main- and secondary-chamber burners across the connected system.
- Suitable for pet crematoriums and veterinarian clinics handling small to large domestic pets.

What is the capacity and fuel type?+
Load capacity is up to approximately 420 kg per cycle, running on Diesel / LPG / Natural Gas. Throughput depends on pet size, load type and operating conditions.
Is the AIS PCS2 Cyclone compliant for pet cremation?+
Every AIS Cyclone is supplied with an integral secondary chamber designed to maintain at least 850 °C for a minimum two-second residence time. AIS supplies documentation to support approval against the applicable local regulations in each destination market.
What warranty is included with the AIS PCS2 Cyclone?+
Every AIS pet incinerator ships with a 3-year (or 2,100 hours, whichever soonest) parts and labour warranty as standard. Optional long-term service plans are available.
