Agri Incineration Systems Limited (“AIS”) warrants that the incinerator and associated equipment supplied as part of the original installation shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 36 months or 2,100 operating hours, whichever occurs first, commencing from the date of commissioning or 60 days from date of delivery whichever comes soonest arriving onsite at the customer's site, or within 3 months of dispatch from the AIS manufacturing facility, whichever soonest.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is subject to the conditions set out below.

This warranty is valid provided that:

a) The equipment has been installed, commissioned, operated and maintained in accordance with the Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual.

b) The equipment has been used only for its intended purpose and under normal operating conditions.

c) The recommended maintenance schedule has been followed and all servicing has been carried out by Agri Incineration Systems Limited or an authorised distributor or service provider, where applicable.

d) The equipment has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, or operation outside the published operating parameters.

e) All payments due under the sales agreement have been made in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

AIS reserves the right to repair, replace or supply an equivalent component for any part determined to be defective under the terms of this warranty.

The Riello burner assembly supplied with the incinerator is covered separately by the applicable Riello Commercial Burner Warranty.

Subject to compliance with Riello's warranty conditions, the burner is warranted for 24 months from the date of commissioning, provided commissioning takes place within six (6) months of delivery to the original end user.

Where commissioning occurs more than six (6) months after delivery to the original end user, the burner warranty shall commence six (6) months after the date of delivery.

The Riello burner warranty covers Riello manufactured parts only and does not include labour, travel, transportation, removal, reinstallation or any associated costs unless specifically agreed in writing with AIS prior to any works being carried out.
