Once an AIS Cyclone is on site, it's part of your daily operation. Our maintenance and support package keeps it that way — with scheduled service, priority parts dispatch and engineer callouts when something goes wrong.
What support covers
- Scheduled annual servicing
- Priority emergency callouts
- Operator training & refresher courses
- Documentation & cycle log support
- Refractory and burner upgrades
- Spare parts at plan-customer pricing
Turn maintenance into an operating routine
Use the manual for your model to organise checks, cleaning and ash removal. An operator's routine is different from an engineer's service: staff should recognise wear, unusual burner behaviour and control alarms, but should not bypass interlocks or attempt work for which they are not trained. Follow the shutdown, cooling and isolation instructions before any permitted maintenance.
Keep a log of operating issues and pass it to the service team. Repeated alarms, damaged seals or visible changes in the refractory deserve attention even if the machine still runs. A record of when an issue occurs can help distinguish an intermittent equipment fault from a loading or operating problem.
Plan for training, spares and downtime
Refresher training is useful when staff change or equipment has been repaired. Ensure each operator understands the loading limits, controls, fault response and record-keeping procedure. Agree who can authorise an engineer callout and where the model information and service documents are kept.
When requesting parts, include the model and serial number plus any component reference or photograph. Similar-looking parts may not be interchangeable. Discuss the service schedule and any sensible spare-parts provision with AIS, and keep an alternative approved disposal arrangement for periods when the incinerator cannot be used.
