Privacy & Cookie Policy

Privacy Policy for Agri Incineration Systems — effective 19th May 2023.

Our commitment to your privacy

Agri Incineration Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information collected from users (“you” or “your”) of our website. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. Browsing this website does not constitute consent to optional cookies or marketing.

Information we collect

1.1. Personal Information: We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide when contacting us through the website or subscribing to our newsletter.

1.2. Usage Information: We may collect non-personally identifiable information automatically when you visit our website. This information may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and other technical information.

Use of collected information

2.1. Personal Information: We may use your personal information to: (a) respond to your inquiries and provide requested information or services; (b) send you newsletters, updates, or promotional materials related to our products or services; (c) process and fulfil your orders or requests; and (d) improve our website and enhance user experience.

2.2. Usage Information: We may use usage information to analyse trends, administer the website, track user activities, and gather demographic information to improve our website’s functionality and better understand our users’ needs.

Disclosure of information

3.1. Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, data analysis, email delivery, and customer support. These service providers will have access to your personal information only to the extent necessary to perform their services, and they are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

3.2. Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your personal information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Cookies and similar browser storage are managed through our cookie consent window. Strictly necessary storage supports security, admin sign-in and recording cookie choices. Optional preferences are off by default. Accept all and Reject optional are equally available; Save preferences records only your selected choices. Closing the window does not give consent. You may continue browsing and selecting a language without accepting optional storage.

The ais-cookie-consent record stores your choices, consent version, date and expiry on your device for 180 days. Older accept/decline records do not count as consent to the current categories. After expiry, we ask again. Preferences allow ais-language-session to remember a language during the browser session and ais-tr-* to cache translated text until cleared or permission is withdrawn. With preferences off, these optional keys are not read or written and existing copies are removed; translations remain available from saved website files.

With your permission (the Statistics switch in Cookie settings), we use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use this website, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate country. The Google tag is present on every page but runs in Google Consent Mode: until you opt in it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, sending only basic cookieless signals (such as a page having been viewed). Once you opt in, Google Analytics sets _ga cookies lasting up to 2 years; switching Statistics off returns it to cookieless mode and removes those cookies.

No advertising pixels or marketing trackers are installed. We will update these explanations and request fresh consent before introducing any other optional tracking. Hosting and security providers may process necessary connection logs; cookie choices do not stop essential security processing or information you actively submit in a form.

Embedded YouTube videos do not connect to YouTube until you choose Load YouTube video. The notice beside each video asks for separate permission because YouTube may use cookies or browser storage when loaded. Updating your cookie choices unloads videos, but cannot erase storage on YouTube’s own domain; use your browser controls to clear third-party data.

Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to review or withdraw your choices. Reject optional removes the website’s optional language and translation storage. Necessary sign-in and security storage remain available. Cookie consent is separate from permission to receive marketing emails. You may also clear browser storage, although this removes your saved cookie choices and you will be asked again.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Links to third-party websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. These websites operate independently from us and may have their own privacy policies. We do not endorse or make any representations about these third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any linked websites before providing them with your personal information.

Children’s privacy

Our website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information from our records.

Changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website.
