Rapid on-site disposal — same shift, same site.
Hours, not weeks.
AIS Cyclones rapidly combust organic material at 800–1,200 °C, reducing soft tissue, bone and resistant material to ash within a few hours. Composting takes weeks to months — and requires continuous management.
From mortality to ash, in the same day
On a typical operation, daily mortality is loaded and burned through the same shift. The carcass never sits in a holding area, never travels through the farm, never queues for a collection.
Engineered burn rate
Every Cyclone is sized to suit your site. The model selection process is built around your real volumes — not a generic capacity number — so the burn fits the day.
Outbreak-grade response
When a disease event hits, time is critical. An AIS Cyclone Incinerator can absorb a surge load without the wait of arranging external services.
Capacity and burn rate answer different questions
Loading capacity tells you how much the chamber can accept; burn rate helps estimate processing time. Neither is a guarantee that every load will finish within the same number of hours. Material moisture, composition, loading practice and the selected cycle influence performance. Check the largest individual carcass, the normal daily total and the busiest realistic day separately.
Allow time for the whole process
A daily plan needs more than the combustion period. Include receiving and moving the material, preparation, start-up, safe loading, ash handling, cleaning and any required cooling. Loading during operation must follow the instructions for the particular model. Choose a schedule that staff can reliably maintain rather than relying on the theoretical maximum throughput.
Keep a contingency for peaks and downtime
High mortality, a service visit or an equipment fault can interrupt the usual routine. Agree an alternative authorised disposal arrangement before it is needed. In a disease event, follow the responsible authority's instructions and discuss surge capacity separately from routine sizing. Prompt on-site disposal is valuable when it sits within a safe, approved and realistic operating plan.
